By booking a reservation at Casa Limonada, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following House Rules & Guest Policies. These terms apply to your reservation, your stay, and your use of the property.

How We Operate

Casa Limonada is a boutique vacation rental, operating in an Airbnb-style format rather than a traditional full-service hotel. This allows us to keep things relaxed, personal, and charming—just the way we like it.

Booking Basics

  • The minimum age to book is 21 years old

  • The guest who makes the reservation must be present during the stay

​

Fees, Payments & Taxes

  • Cleaning / Service Fee
    A mandatory one-time cleaning/service fee (plus tax) is added to every reservation for stays of up to 7 nights.
    Longer stays may require additional service fees.

  • Credit Card Processing Fee
    All credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

  • Taxes
    All rates and service fees are subject to:

    • 7% Florida Sales & Use Tax

    • 6% Sarasota County Tourism Development Tax

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request and subject to availability.

House Rules (aka: Let’s Be Good Neighbors)

​

To keep Casa Limonada peaceful and enjoyable for everyone:

  • 🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property

  • 🐾 No pets allowed

  • 🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
    No loud music, parties, or events at any time

 

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damage to the property, furnishings, equipment, or inventory during their stay. Charges may apply if damage goes beyond normal wear and tear.

Shared Amenities

The following amenities are shared by all guests:

  • Outdoor deck and seating areas

  • Laundry machines

  • Bicycles

  • Paddle boards

  • Ice machine

  • Fire pit

Availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

​

Bicycles & Paddle Boards

  • Complimentary use is available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Guests assume full responsibility for personal safety, as well as any loss or damage to equipment

The Important (But Friendly) Fine Print

By completing a reservation at Casa Limonada, you agree to follow all House Rules & Guest Policies listed above. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
