We just checked out today and I wanted to leave a review before I forget. This stay has been great. We stayed for 3 nights and it was overall just a great experience. Nice, clean, updated property and great amenities to offer. We appreciated the beach cart along with the umbrella and chairs to use at the beach. Great location right next to the beach, cute shops and restaurants at st Armand’s square. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely loved my stay. I was traveling alone, which can be a little intimidating when you are going somewhere for the first time. However I felt safe and comfortable the whole time I was there. The room was perfect! The whole place is filled woth Flordia vibes. The boardwalk courtyard, the outside and inside decor. I spent a lot of my time on the beach, the chair and umbrella were perfect and I was happy to have those included with my room. If I ever make it back down to Lido beach I will be staying here again!
This is a place where you just show up with your suitcase, and everything you need is there. Surfboards, bikes, washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, beach umbrellas, wagons, outdoor shower for after the beach; just everything. We had a family-stay here and it is super close to the beach. 5 min walk and you’re in the sand. Marcus helped us with whatever we needed, and they also have a common-area with cold beverages and snacks. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean clean clean! The decor was very beachy and it was a true vacation where everything was taken care of. Close to Monster Arcade, several ice cream places, a great Italian joint, and 20 minute drive to SRQ airport. Easy and economical for sure! We’ll be back!
Amazing property , Clean , it has everything Kitchen, beach chairs , Beach Umbrella , wifi , etc !!! Excellent location walking distance of Lido Beach , and 3 min drive to St Arman . Host super friendly !!
We had a wonderful weekend at Casa Limonada. Everything was provided. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the beach just across the street. Our family enjoyed it very much.
I’ve stayed here several times and every stay is always excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean every time. The manager always communicates well and does everything possible to make sure we have a great stay. We cant wait to go back in the Fall!
We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Limonada! We stayed in the Blue Lime room, and it was hands down one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, even compared to higher-end hotels. Everything was modern, cute, and thoughtfully updated, nothing about it felt dated or run-down. The opposite of you typically think when you hear 'motel'! So many helpful extras were provided like beach towels, a cart to take to the beach with chairs and an umbrella, plus toiletries. It made packing and beach days super easy. There were also paddle boards, bikes, and pool floats available for guests, which we didn’t end up using but really appreciated having as an option. A washer and dryer with detergent was also available and free to use, which was such a helpful amenity. Parking was never an issue, and the kitchenette in our room was really convenient with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, mini fridge, and a two burner cooktop provided. The AC worked surprisingly well (a must in Florida!), and the outdoor shower was such a nice amenity after long days at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better; just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, pool, and the pavilion (which had surprisingly good food). We also liked being so close to shopping and restaurants at St. Armands Circle, while still feeling like we were in a quiet and safe area. The owner, Gur, was extremely kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking when we extended our stay. The common areas were nice and inviting, and we never once had a cold shower, which is always a bonus! If you’re looking for a very clean, stylish, and perfectly-located place to stay near the beach, Casa Limonada is it. We cannot wait to be back! (:
Where to begin!? This was worth every penny over any high end hotel here. My family and I chose to stay in the 2 bedroom cottage as it was my sisters birthday weekend and we all fit very comfortably. We had a delicious cake, lemonade, and creamer in the fridge upon arrival. So delicious that i literally wanted seconds of the cake! Had all amenities available to us which was literally home away from home. Special thanks to Gur, the owner, who is absolutely the kindest soul you’ll ever meet. Extremely hospitable and loves to make sure his guests are taken care of. The beach was wonderful and literally up the street. St Armand’s was also a short walk away where we enjoyed the best ice cream at River Street and bought cute trinkets from the boutiques! With a toddler and an 8 month old, this was convenient and very comfortable! Definitely coming back! Thanks again Gur for hosting us in your beautiful Casa Limonada!!

I had a wonderful stay in the Lemongrass room. The room was clean and very well supplied with anything you would need. The staff were super accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying here!
Casa Limonada has great artsy Airbnb feel. Location is the perfect directly across the street from the beach walking distance to St Armand's Circle and the Mangrove Kayaking tours My husband and I stayed in The Gulfside King Studio clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Every apartment comes with a beach wagon with an umbrella and two chairs. So Convenient! Gur the owner is so very accommodating truly cares about his guests having the best experience possible. Would highly recommend.
