Payment & Cancellation

We like to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free. Please review the following payment and cancellation details carefully.

By completing a reservation at Casa Limonada, you agree to the payment and cancellation terms outlined below.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We happily accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • Cash: Exact amount only (please note we do not keep change on the premises)

  • Checks: Local or U.S. bank checks only

    • Advance notice is required

    • Paying by check avoids the credit card processing fee

 

Credit Card Processing Fee

All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

 

Credit Card on File

  • A valid credit card is required and must be kept on file for all reservations

  • The card on file may be used for applicable charges, including balances due, damages, or policy violations

 

Payment Schedule (Direct Website Bookings)

For reservations made directly through our website:

  • First night’s stay is charged at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance is charged 24 hours prior to arrival

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations made:

    • Up to 30 days before check-in, or

    • Within 48 hours of booking

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the original booking channel.

 

Agreement to Terms

By booking a stay at Casa Limonada, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Cancellation Policy. These terms apply to all reservations and are strictly enforced.
