Accepted Payment Methods
We happily accept the following forms of payment:

Cash: Exact amount only (please note we do not keep change on the premises)

Checks: Local or U.S. bank checks only

Paying by check avoids the credit card processing fee

Credit Card Processing Fee
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required and must be kept on file for all reservations

The card on file may be used for applicable charges, including balances due, damages, or policy violations
Payment Schedule (Direct Website Bookings)
For reservations made directly through our website:

First night’s stay is charged at the time of booking

Remaining balance is charged 24 hours prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full refund for cancellations made:

Up to 30 days before check-in, or

Within 48 hours of booking

50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in
-
No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the original booking channel.
